 Calling all food lovers, especially local vegans. Help us innovate delicious, seasonal, plant-based brunch dishes with real flavour.
Our last vegan brunch dish worked across the board vegans loved it, and meat eaters ordered it too. But asparagus season is ending, and we need something new.
Asparagus Beans on Toast
Locally grown asparagus, fire-charred, laid over a spicy smoked butterbean purée. Finished with whole, slow cooked butterbeans, pickled radish and a lemon gremolata crumb. Served on fire toasted sourdough. vegan 8.3
We’re developing TWO new veg-forward dish for our brunch menu, something proper, not a token option. No fake meats or shortcuts. Just good ingredients cooked well, with the option to add things like eggs or bacon if that’s your thing.
The first will be something-on-toast to replace our asparagus dish, the second will be served in a roll, something casual to grab and eat with your hands. Perfect if you are on the go.
We’d love vegan locals especially to be part of this. Taste, tweak, suggest or just come hungry and honest.
