Named after Greyskull regular Katheryn (with a K), who once asked us to make her a club sandwich, saying: “I love a club. It’s the bacon that makes it great. You guys make the best bacon, so you’d make the best Club Sandwich.” on that day, the Klub (with a K) was born.

Daniel Doesn’t Like It Sauce

Bright green with coriander, jalapeños and lime. This sauce is hot! Sean’s answer to living with someone who doesn’t like coriander or too much heat, it’s spooned onto just his plate at the end of cooking. What started as a workaround became the most popular dip at our BBQs and parties. You’ll either want it on everything, or wonder how anyone eats it at all. 1.8 vegan 1.7

Why Bacon Loves Bubbles

Fat, salt, smoke — bacon's a big flavour.

Fizz cuts through it all: the bubbles lift the fat, the acidity sharpens the edges, and the fruit keeps it fresh. It's one of those perfect matches that feels obvious once you taste it.

We reached out to our good friend and sommelier Rebecca Slater to pick a selection of fizzes made to stand up to bacon. Chosen for their freshness, bite, and just enough brightness to keep smoky plates tasting sharp from first bite to last.

At a light 11.5% ABV — it's what Rebecca affectionately calls "breakfast wine."
