Inspired by one of our favourite drinks.
When we first started serving Sassy Small Batch Cidre from Normandy, one of our regulars kept saying, "You really need to put moules on the menu." They weren't wrong.
That simple suggestion became the inspiration for Friday Night Frites—our weekly French-inspired supper, celebrating some of the dishes we love most. Fresh moules cooked in creamy Normandy cider, perfectly cooked bavette steak, crisp golden pommes frites, homemade tartines and classic desserts, all served in the relaxed atmosphere of Greyskull.
It's not about fine dining or white tablecloths. It's about great ingredients, generous plates, carefully chosen wines and cider, and a Friday night that feels a little bit like escaping to a neighbourhood bistro in northern France.
