Salad Tasting Event

Not all salads are created equal, and we're here to prove it. Come help us design a salad offering that truly earns its spot on the menu, packed with flavour, seasonal ingredients, texture, and vibrant colour.

This session is part of shaping our weekday lunch menu. We're putting together options you'll genuinely crave, planning to offer at least three distinct salads daily, which you can mix and match, or enhance with protein add-ons. We've got a few bold ideas and unexpected combinations to test. Think proper dressings, not just olive oil and lemon. Expect roasted vegetables, wholesome grains, and punchy herbs. We want to create the kind of salads people order because they taste great, not just because they feel like they should.
