The big wheels of melted raclette cheese are here every Friday through November and December. We’re making Hastings feel a little more Alpine.

Inside the cosy glow of Greyskull, just 26 guests each week will gather for an evening of bubbling cheese, crisp potatoes, good wine, and the best company.

Served supper club–style, every seat is filled so you’ll be sitting with friends you know and friends you’re about to meet.

What’s on the Menu

Each plate comes with:

• Golden melted raclette cheese poured over crispy new potatoes
• A selection of ham, salami, and our homemade bacon
• Steamed broccoli and cauliflower (perfect under a blanket of cheese)
• Pickles
• Rustic baguettes to mop it all up

You’ll get extra scrapes of molten cheese throughout the evening because more is more.

All for £16.50 per person.

Wines (and Beer) for the Melt 🍷🍺

We’ve had a sommelier pick two bottles that hit all the right notes with melted cheese.

Lulu ‘l’Alouette’ Organic Chinon – a light, juicy red from the Loire made with Cabernet Franc. Think raspberries, redcurrants, and just enough bite to cut through all that gooey cheese.

Henri Ehrhart Élement Terre Pinot Gris – a soft, rounded white from Alsace with a little spice and freshness that keeps things bright between mouthfuls of raclette.

And for beer drinkers — our house pilsner, Swiss 1936, brewed with Swiss mountain water, is already the perfect match for raclette. Crisp, clean, and made for melted cheese.

Raclette Lunch 🥪

Join us on Friday lunchtimes from 12–3pm for a Raclette Baguette — warm melted cheese served in a crusty baguette with meats, or just cheese and pickles if you prefer.

Perfect for a quick hit of Alpine comfort before the weekend.

Cheesy Christmas Parties at Greyskull 🎄

Looking for something a little different this festive season? Forget the usual set menus — our Raclette Nights make the perfect Christmas party.

Gather your friends, melt into the cosy atmosphere, and share plates of golden cheese, potatoes, and wine.

Santa’s Grotto is coming to St Andrew’s Mews — but this one isn’t just for kids.

Every Friday night in the run-up to Christmas, alongside our Raclette Nights, we’ll be opening the doors to a very adult Bad Santa Experience.

Expect rude jokes, shots with Santa, and maybe even a cheeky gift if you’ve been good (or bad).

The Bad Santa Experience can be booked in addition to your Raclette Night. Full details and bookings will be released soon.

If you’ve already booked raclette, don’t worry — you’ll get first priority to reserve your spot with Bad Santa before tickets go on general sale.

FAQ

Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes – the raclette cheese is vegetarian, and we can serve you a plate without meat. Just let us know on arrival and we’ll give you a little extra of everything else instead of charcuterue.

Is there a vegan option?
We haven’t ordered vegan cheese yet as we’re not sure about demand. However, if you’d like to attend and you are vegan, please drop us an email at daniel@greyskull.co.uk

Can children attend?
Children are welcome, but as spaces are limited in our small café, they will need to purchase an adult-sized plate for £16.50. If you’d like to enjoy raclette with kids, we are also serving raclette baguettes for lunch every Friday from 12pm–3pm.

Will one plate be enough if I’m very hungry?
We understand (all too well)! We will deliver extra cheese and bread until you are full. You can also order extra potatoes, charcuterie and veg if you wish.

Will there be pudding?
Yes – we’ll be serving our homemade Biscoff brownie with vanilla ice cream, and homemade carrot cake.
