To ensure Greyskull's menu truly reflects what our community wants, we are inviting you to weigh in on a crucial bacon debate.
We take our bacon seriously. We cure and smoke it ourselves, and lately, we've been experimenting with nitrate-free versions. There is good research around cutting back on nitrates, but ultimately, bacon is bacon—taste matters. We have done a few private tests with friends, and the results were close. Now, we want to open it up to you.
Come down for a blind tasting between our house-cured bacon and the nitrate-free version. You will try both, talk about what you think, and then taste them again once you know which is which. Would you switch for health reasons if the flavour was close? That is what we are trying to find out. Come be part of the conversation.
