To ensure Greyskull's menu truly reflects what our community wants, we are inviting you to weigh in on a crucial bacon debate.

We take our bacon seriously. We cure and smoke it ourselves, and lately, we've been experimenting with nitrate-free versions. There is good research around cutting back on nitrates, but ultimately, bacon is bacon—taste matters. We have done a few private tests with friends, and the results were close. Now, we want to open it up to you.

Come down for a blind tasting between our house-cured bacon and the nitrate-free version. You will try both, talk about what you think, and then taste them again once you know which is which.
