Every Friday evening, Greyskull Coffee transforms into a relaxed neighbourhood bistro, serving a simple menu inspired by the cafés and brasseries of northern France.

Start with Les Trois Tartines, choose between Moules à la Normande, perfectly cooked Bavette Steak Frites, or our roasted Lion's Mane Mushroom Steak, then finish with a classic Tarte au Citron.

Thoughtfully paired wines, Normandy cider and homemade sauces complete the evening.

• Chicken liver parfait with crispy chicken skin

Vegetarian? The chicken liver parfait can be replaced with an additional green olive tapenade, and the black olive tapenade can be served without anchovy.
