Yes, bacon and champagne is a thing, and we are definitely leaning into it. We already serve a great-value cava as our house fizz, but we want to offer something more premium for those who fancy a little splash out. After all, it's a wedding day somewhere, right? And of course, we want it to be perfectly paired. So, we are running a proper tasting to figure out what works best.

We have lined up a few champagnes with our sommelier, Rebecca Slater. Come down, taste them side by side with our bacon, and help us decide which one makes the cut for our menu. This will be a fun one, because honestly, what is more joyful than a bacon roll and a glass of bubbles on a Saturday morning?
