Cured & smoked here weekly. We use heritage breed Duroc pigs. Sourced from Beak & Tail, raised outdoors on the Pevensey Levels. These pigs naturally grow slower and develop thicker bellies with sweeter fat, the perfect foundation for incredible bacon.
